Slips For Rent At Sea Harbour
SHYC Slip Rental Information
Sea Harbour Yacht Club slips are for rent by owner with a 12-month moorage agreement, payable quarterly. Other terms are negotiable with management approval. Owners rent their slips directly or use a realty agent to handle renter acquisition and management.
While rates are subject to owner discretion, currently slips are renting at a rate of $120/foot annually, based on the size of the vessel (not the slip length). This does not include electricity and other fees including laundry, ice, etc. that are billed separately by Sea Harbour.
